SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Retro Cannabis. We’re committed to delivering your Retro gear and merchandise quickly, reliably, and with care. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we ship your order.
1. Shipping Availability
We currently ship to Canadian addresses only. We do not ship outside of Canada at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1–3 business days for us to prepare and pack your order. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
3. Delivery Timing
All orders are shipped via Purolator or DHL, depending on your location and selected shipping method at checkout.
While most orders arrive within 3–10 business days, delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier. We cannot guarantee specific delivery windows and recommend allowing extra time for processing and transit, especially during peak seasons or severe weather events.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight of your order and your shipping destination. From time to time, we may offer free or flat-rate shipping promotions on specific items or order minimums.
5. Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we may charge a re-shipping fee or deduct the original shipping charges from your refund. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
6. Damaged or Lost Orders
If your merchandise arrives damaged or your package is lost in transit, contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and any supporting details (photos if applicable), and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
